If you have made a purchase on our website and are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of your order, without having to provide any reason.

The 14-day period begins:

The day you receive the product.
In the case of multiple products delivered separately, from the day you receive the last item.

After communicating your decision to withdraw, the products must be returned:

  • In good condition
  • Not used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and characteristics
  • Complete with original packaging (if possible)

Reimbursement

Once the returned goods have been received:

  • We will refund the payment received, including standard shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or provide proof of shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
